Student behavior as a teenager need direction and guidance that can help them to plan for the future accordingly. This can be realized when students have a future orientation ability is good. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the guidance group in high school N 3 Rembang, obtain an overview of the future orientation of the ability level of students in high school N 3 Rembang, find group tutoring service based on value of Islamic teachings to improve the orientation of future students and find out the effectiveness of the model. This study uses design research reseach and development (RnD) with steps: preparation of model development, formulating a model hipotetik, test the feasibility of a model hipotetik model hipotetik, repair, field test, arrange last model. Generate model-based group guidance values of Islam to enhance the capabilities of future orientation.The research results obtained the group guidance model can improve the future orientation of the initial conditions of the students, future students, orientation of the model guidance group proved effective to improve the orientation of future students.
