Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that is in a disaster-prone geographical, hydrological and demographic position. Various kinds of natural disasters that occur in Indonesia not only cause loss and damage but also losses caused by disasters, trauma, depression and psychososiomatis. These psychological impacts are felt by various levels of society both children and children (Irman, 2012) Most disaster victims will look panicked even though very few seem calm and try to remain rational but there are still those who still experience post-disaster suffering are mental conditions like feeling anxious. Anxiety is a psychological problem that is demonstrated by an attitude of worry about things that are perceived by the individual to be less good. Anxiety is a kind of anxiety, thought and fear of something that is not clear. Disaster victims have anxiety that will affect daily life, normal activities will not be optimal. Needed negatively, it needs to be tough to reduce the problem of post-disaster victims. One of them is by using individual counseling relaxation techniques. The purpose of this technique is to be able to reduce individual problems, in this case combining calm techniques using Sufi healing methods. By combining Sufi methods of healing when implementing relaxation techniques, it is expected that individuals who can feel relaxed and free themselves from all forms of mind and mind by listening to music that has religious nuances.
