Alumni dan Problematikanya: Perdebatan Filosofis dan Refleksi Masa Depan Jurusan MPI

Abstract

Along with his journey, Department of Management Studies has given birth to a number of graduates of the sacred, referred to as the ' alumni '. The term attached to each graduate who
was born; the course is expected to attach to the attribute ' competencies ' that he carried.
There are a number of problems that go with it. Among the problems is the existence of
global demands requires the need for graduates have high competitiveness in order for
graduates of Islamic Education Management can tap into a global and competitive job
market. This article sets forth that overcome its alumni depends very much on how to build
moral and academic traditions. Therefore, building philosophy and reflection about the
meaning, direction and the future of the Department of management of Islamic education
became very important to provide reinforcement to the identity, so that alumni alumni
expected to helpless competitiveness on the job market (marketable). This is quite
reasonable given the level of competition that increasingly tight College, the quality of
education services is still relatively without much gives reinforcement of moral and good
academic traditions to alumni. This article was more of a highlight of its alumni, and its
future, the philosophical debate over the existence of the Department of Management
Studies, as well as the engineering curriculum and leadership. It is hoped this article can give
you a view of alumni and problems associated mainly with philosophical debate and
reflection on the future of the Department of management of Islamic education.
