CRITICIS OF TAKFIR RULES IN RADICAL UNDERSTANDING: STUDY OF FIRQAH NAJIYAH AND QS. AL-MAIDAH VERSES 44
Abstract
This study aims to criticize the rules established by radicals in disbelieving Muslims outside their groups. There are two emphases discussed in this study, namely the concept of firqah najiyah in the view of radicals and understanding of QS. The second verse of Al-Maidah verse 44 has an impact on the disbelief of others and even considers the government as taghout because it does not want to punish by the law of Allah. The method used in this research is istiqrai-tahlili by explaining the rules established by radicals and criticizing them. Before criticizing the rules of takfir of the radicals, it is explained in advance about the concepts of faith and kufr from the Koran and Sunnah, so that it becomes clear when a person is still said to be a believer and when that person is declared out of Islam (kufr).
