PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING BAGI MAHASISWA DI PTKIN

Abstract

Islamic Institution or university has a direct responsibility to produce quality graduates who have high ability, excellence, hard work, discipline and professionalism accordance with their related education. To produce quality graduates besides providing students with knowledge and skills, universities also need to provide assistance or guidance to students. The purpose of this study is to develop a service and counseling model for students on collage. This study uses a type of narrative descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study obtained the Development of Guidance and Counseling Models at PTKIN that are appropriate is a comprehensive counseling model that is counseling that is developed to achieve maximum potential of students. This learning model is compatible with the purpose of education in higher education.
