Layanan Konseling Kelompok Teknik Behavioristik Pada Korban Maltreatment Menggunakan Assertive Training

Abstract

The existence of maltreatment that is increasingly prevalent in the community, requires a counselors/guidance and counseling teachers to find alternatives to overcome these problems. In this study, the aim of the researcher is to provide an understanding of persecution andgroup counseling services that can be implemented and provided to counselee. This assertive therapy counseling service seeks to solve problems in strengthening and maintaining the desired behavior as well as solving problems where individuals have difficulty accepting the fact that asserting or asserting oneself is a proper or correct action. This research is a library research withdocumentation method as a data collection method. From various sources that have been researched, it was found that assertive training was able to provide an influence in the form of a more appropriate and appropriate attitude to be displayed by someone, without leaning towards passiveness and aggressiveness.
