This research aims to delve into the impact and urgency of mental health in the context of educational institutions and professional workplaces. The background of the study highlights the pressing need to understand cognitive health as a crucial element in ensuring optimal performance and well-being throughout various life stages. Despite extensive literature addressing mental health issues, there exists a gap in a profound understanding of the implementation of mental health practices in educational institutions and the workplace.
