Child Abuse Di Era Digital: Studi Meme Child Abuse dalam Perspektif Kesehatan Mental

Abstract

In the current digital era, technological development is growing increasingly rapidly, this is characterized by the formation of various platforms as a driving force for the development of changes in the form of parenting from ancient times to the current digital age. The existence of a shift in time, especially in the form of parenting, is a fundamental aspect that can be supported and known easily and widely through existing social media. Thus, researchers are interested in examining this phenomenon through meme content as a supporting medium in contributing to parenting so that there are two important questions in this study, namely, first, how is the form of parenting that contains elements of child abuse in the current era? In this study researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis studies. This research will highlight and analyze parenting that contains elements of child abuse through meme content which will then be presented in descriptive form. The results of this study contribute knowledge about the form of parenting that contains elements of child abuse, view the phenomenon of child abuse from a mental health perspective, provide an overview of child abuse in the digital era so that it can provide education to readers to address and implement good parenting of children in accordance with the times.
