This study aimed to get a general picture of parenting for children with multi disability which includes aspects of care, maintenance, guidance, coaching, and informal education. This study uses a quantitative research design with descriptive methods. The respondents of this study were 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that the aspect of care showed a 1559 score with a very good category, seen from the hygiene care and health of children. The maintenance aspect showed a score of 1393 with a very good category, seen from meeting the needs of food and drink, meeting the needs of clothing, and meeting the needs of shelter. The guidance aspect showed a score of 1367 with a very good category, seen from moral guidance, spiritual guidance, social guidance, and emotional guidance. The coaching aspect showed a score of 465 in the good category, seen from fostering parents in order to be able to utilize the potential of intelligence, such as teaching children about independence, writing, drawing, reading, and counting. In the aspect of informal education showed a score of 669 with a good category, seen from the introduction and cultural education that is applied. In general, the application of parenting to ADK multi at the Dwituna Rawinala Education Foundation was carried out well. Needs needed by parents is better knowledge skills in caring for their children. The program proposed to respond to these problems is "Improving the Quality of Care through Parenting Skill Training". The implementation of this program is expected to improve parental knowledge and skills in caring for multiple children with multi disability
