Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Maharatul Istima’ Berbasis Website (Miftah Al-Lughah) untuk Mahasiswa PBA UNIDA Gontor

Abstract

Humans, as social beings, are accustomed to interacting and using language as a means of communication. Especially in the era of globalization, communication between countries is very likely to occur so interest in mastering foreign languages increases, one of which is Arabic. And one of the skills to be learned in Arabic is istima'.  Istima' is key before studying the other three arabiyya mahaaraats. Therefore, through Miftah Al-Lughah, which is a website-based maharatul istima' learning medium, it is hoped that students can form understanding according to the level studied, be more motivated, and be fully involved in the learning process. This research is a descriptive study that aims to describe the application of Arabic learning media, especially website-based maharatul istima' for PBA UNIDA Gontor students based on observations. The results showed that the application of maharatul istima' learning media was presented in two types, namely; (1) al-washfi, (2) an-naqhdi. The learning is carried out individually or in groups with supporting media in the form of video and audio. The learning medium applied is, first al-istma' al-washfi is presented in the form of videos that discuss materials at the beginner stage. As for the second, al-istma' an-naqdy is presented with materials at a difficult stage and more to analyze the video.
